What I did - Agile Product Owner
Scrum master: Initially, I acted as SM, then I handed over a developer. I facilitated retrospectives on regular basis
Product owner: I owned front- & back-end backlogs and grooming and review meetings
Front-end focus: I spent most time leading coordination of design, sales, support, users, and front-end developers (architects and back-end developers helped with back end)
Stakeholder management: I acted as a bridge between stakeholders and engineering
Results
Newly formed team ramped up its velocity in few iterations
