Problem

• Major O&G company required a custom surveillance software to grant a surveillance service contract

What I did - Created customized solution

• Project plan: I created requirements and a two-month project plan to implement and test
• Implementation: I traveled to the flagship surveillance center to kick-start implementation, shadowing surveillance engineers to refine user stories
• Problem solving: I provided cost-effective solutions to complex requests (e.g.: ability to perform certain tasks traded-off by launching in context)
• Field test: I setup test test environments and conducted remote field test with various locations
• Training and launch: I trained surveillance engineers on-site and provided video-recorded lessons
• Communication: I reported status to software VP weekly

Results

• Multi-million dollar surveillance service contract was granted
• The custom solution was adopted by additional surveillance centers
