LiftWatcher software was a critical tool to enable LiftWatcher real-time surveillance services (now LiftIQ). LiftWatcher software equips artificial lift surveillance centers (rooms) with the tools required to, remotely, safeguard artificial lift equipment health and performance. Schlumberger owns such centers, which are distributed in key locations around the world and support a multimillion dollar business of surveillance services. Failing to maintain equipment health will affect Schlumberger business not only in terms of revenue but also in terms of reputation. In this role, I
