What I did - Embed BI app

  • Requirements: cloud and on-premise, easy to deploy, High-frequency streaming, WYSIWYG, scalable…
  • Research: I used BI market reports (e.g.: TrustRadius), internal use cases and experts, consultant advice, trials
  • Stakeholders buy-in: I found internal users who helped me present the case
  • Partnership: I managed selected provider, negotiated terms
  • Standardization: I introduced the tech to our services branch

Results

  • Tech adopted by our services branch
  • Set precedent for future BI tool leverage
