• Product community not aware of my ideas and expertise

What I did - Create a blog

• Alternative solutions: Before networking, social media, talks, or teach, I chose blogging to start
• Design: Inspired from sites like Colorlib and Free Frontend. Built persona and sketched on whiteboard
• MVP: Landing page lists posts, post details easy to read, reading time, comments & reactions, sharing
• Implement: Placeholder as first increment, MVP after 2 weeks, content and small improvements next
• Measure: Google Analytics and Hotjar provide insights. Target 10% new user growth for every post
• Learn: User feedback to plan improvements
