Problem

• Custom solution containing customer data could not be demoed to customers

What I did - Repurposed prototype

• Non-customer data set: I validated that key workflows could be demoed with in-house data set
• Workflows: I identified key workflows to showcase the software value proposition
• Demo deployment: I estimated at 6 weeks, planned time and resources, and executed a demo cloud deployment
• Clickable prototype: As an intermediate solution (1 week), I repurposed a clickable prototype built for development with customer data

Results

• Secured a pilot with a strategic customer within 1 week
• Enabled multiple sales opportunities
• Earned the trust of the sales organization
• Furthered application and data own understanding
