• Inspiration: Toyota Stop & Fix
• Plan: MVP defined, delivered after 4 iterations
• Requirements: Visible from 20 ft., major web browsers, not mobile, updated every 60 s., show status of 7 projects & stats...
• Development: Operational after 1st iteration, incremental improvements
• Feedback: Demoed to developers after each iteration, feedback added as Stories
• Operational: Other groups and locations interested in adopting the system

Results
