  • User Interviews: I conducted customer interviews and trained designers on domain terminology and context
  • Personas and journey maps: I completed and validated persona definitions and journeys
  • Wireframes: I wireframed domain ideas to communicate in designers’ language
  • Clickable prototype: I researched user interaction and guided designer to build the clickable prototype
