Problem

  • Sales organization unease to give access to customers who provide feedback

What I did - Internal Customers

  • Workshops: I organized, facilitated, and presented findings of a series of workshops with key internal experts and users
  • User Experience: I was a key contributor to pioneering UX initiatives (e.g. Design Sprint)
  • Interviews: I conducted a series of interviews with key customers (internal and external)
  • Engineering engagement: I involved engineering in user activities to build product understanding and engagement

Results

  • Gathered invaluable feedback allowing to validate/correct development route
  • Built a community of trusted users on who rely to validate product-market fit
